1. Air cooling

2. Water cooling

Water cooling and heat dissipation is based on the heat of the radiator carried by the forced circulation system driven by the pump. Compared with air cooling, it has the advantages of quiet, stable temperature reduction and less dependence on the natural environment. The price of water cooling is relatively high, and the installation is relatively inconvenient. In addition, the best cooling effect can be achieved only when the installation is carried out according to the instructions. Due to the consideration of cost and convenience, water-cooled radiator is usually used as heat transfer liquid, so water-cooled radiator is often called water-cooled radiator.

3. Heat sink

The heat pipe belongs to a kind of heat conduction component. It makes full use of the basic principle of heat conduction and the rapid thermal convection characteristics of refrigeration materials. 4. Semiconductor refrigeration

Semiconductor refrigeration is the use of a specially made semiconductor refrigeration chip in the power supply caused by the temperature difference to cool, if the high temperature end of the heat can be reasonably released, then the ultra-low temperature end will continue to be refrigeration. The temperature difference is caused on each semiconductor material particle. A refrigeration plate is composed of dozens of such particles in series, and then a temperature difference is generated on the two surface layers of the refrigeration sheet. Using this kind of temperature difference condition, cooperating with air cooling / water cooling to reduce the temperature of high temperature end can obtain excellent cooling effect. Semiconductor refrigeration has the advantages of low cooling temperature and high credibility. The cold noodle temperature can be below - 10 ℃, but the cost is too high, and it will cause short circuit fault due to low temperature. Moreover, the processing technology of semiconductor refrigeration chip is not perfect, which is not easy to use.

5. Organic chemical refrigeration

To put it bluntly, organic chemical refrigeration is to use some low-temperature compounds to digest and absorb a lot of heat in the case of melting to reduce the temperature. Liquid nitrogen and liquid nitrogen are widely used in these aspects. For example, the application of liquid nitrogen can reduce the temperature below - 20 ℃, and some more "super abnormal" game players use liquid nitrogen to lower the CPU temperature below - 100 ℃ (in theory). Naturally, due to the high price and short delay time, this method is commonly used in laboratories or extreme CPU overclocking enthusiasts.
